Butterfly (1)

This was my first shot of a butterfly. It was a month or two ago and…quite unexpectantly, I found it on the ground, looking still and apparantly doing nothing.  Luckily enough it was there in that position till I could focus and click the button.

A few moments latter, it was to its natural self again and on its wings….I followed it with my eyes and took one more snap, with it amongst the leaves in the nearby shurb, the place where it is generally expected to be found.

Capturing images of butterflies was not at all in my agenda till then — this capture, however, changed it all and paved way for some more images of butterflies….
